Our on-line store has up to date pricing however, prices are subject to change without notice due to variation of inventory or change in currency.  You will be notified before item is shipped.

Shipping

We will ship the most economical and fastest way.  Our method is usually FedEx ground or Priority Mail for small packages.  Large orders will be shipped by our freight company.  If you would like an overnight or two day shipment please submit your order then call or fax us.  Hazardous items can only be ordered by professionals and they must be shipped to the company address. No returns on Haz-mat items. 

Returns

All products in this on-line catalog should be free of defects in material and workmanship and perform the work for which they were designed.  If upon examination or first use, a product is found to be defective, contact us with the details.  Items which have been abused or used for work for which they were not intended will not be replaced or credited.  No merchandise may be returned without written authorization to do so.  Most of our items have a factory warranty, however each warranty is different.  15% restocking fee on returns, no returns on videos or books.
